BANGALORE OPEN AIR IS AN ALL-AGES FESTIVAL. HOWEVER, ALCOHOL WILL BE SERVED TO PEOPLE AGED 21 YEARS AND ABOVE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAWS.

Cashless Payment System at the Festival
All purchases of liquor and food at the festival are done via cashless system.
Upon check-in, you will receive a top-up card/wristband.
There are multiple top-up locations throughout the festival venue: one at the security check zone and the others within the festival area.
A fee of Rs. 100 is charged for activating the card.
VIP Admission
VIP entry is exclusively for invited guests and cannot be purchased through any ticketing channels.
Re-Entry Policy
Once you leave the festival, re-entry is not allowed. The festival reserves the right to admission.
Ticketing
The ticket booth is conveniently located within the festival premises and is accessible to everyone.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and multiple digital wallets.
On-Site Ticket Availability
Tickets can be purchased from the Box Office starting at 11:00 AM on the festival day.
Wristbands
Wristbands are required for festival entry and can be picked up from the Box Office on the day of the festival.
Each wristband allows one person entry into the festival area.
E-tickets from BookMyShow must be exchanged for a wristband at the Box Office.
Entry and Security
The festival prioritizes safety and smooth entry and is managed by an experienced and professional security team.
Food and Alcoholic Beverages
Alcohol is served only to individuals over 21 years of age, and a valid government-issued ID may be required.
The festival features a Food Court and Bars.
Parking
A designated parking area for up to 100 vehicles is available opposite BITS Club. If you are traveling by your own vehicle, please ensure you reach the venue parking lot as early as possible to secure a slot since parking will be on a first come first serve basis.
Photography and Video
Mobile phone photography and videography are allowed.
Professional equipment like DSLR cameras and Go-Pros is prohibited.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed and will be confiscated at security checkpoints:
Aerosol cans, cigarettes, public safety uniform-like costumes.
Drones, remote-controlled toys, drugs, gas masks.
Helmets, glass containers, large bags or backpacks (over 12″×12″).
Laser pointers, air horns, open cigarette packs.
Outside food or beverages, pets and professional recording equipment.
Stickers, flyers, large umbrellas, chairs, toy guns.
Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks)
